CTEOS Gift Card Help & Data Requests

For people who completed the CTEOS survey.

I received a Tango Rewards email Learn about the two emails, find your reference ID, and contact Tango for help. 

Need help selecting, receiving, or redeeming your gift card? If you have received either Tango Rewards email, contact Tango support directly. Have your reference ID ready when you contact them.

How to find your reference ID

  1. Open your original Tango Rewards email. The email with the link to select your gift card is a good place to start.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
  3. Look for the support instructions, which tell you to visit the Tango help website and include a reference ID.
  4. Copy the reference ID and provide it when contacting Tango support.

Why did I receive two emails?

Tango sends two emails as part of the gift card process. Both emails may have the same subject line, so check the contents of the email to determine which one you received.

Look for emails from Career and Technical Education Employment Outcomes Survey (CTEOS), sent from noreply@tangocard.com.

Subject line: Thank you for participating in CTEOS. Your gift card is inside.

Email 1: Select your gift card

The first email contains a link to select your gift card. Open the email and follow the link to choose your gift card.

Keep this email! It contains your reference ID, which you will need if you contact Tango support for help.

Email 2: Receive your gift card

After you select your gift card, Tango sends a second email containing your gift card or instructions for redeeming it. Follow the instructions in that email to access your gift card.

 

I cannot find either email Check your email folders or contact CTEOS for assistance. 

Check your inbox, spam folder, and junk folder for emails from noreply@tangocard.com.

Remember that both emails may have the same subject line:

Thank you for participating in CTEOS. Your gift card is inside.

If you still cannot find either email, contact CTEOS at cteos@santarosa.edu.

Important: Please contact us using the same email address that received your CTEOS survey invitation or the email address you specified for gift card delivery.

CTEOS Data Requests

Choose the pathway that matches your role and request.

California Community College requests Instructions for college liaisons and employees seeking data for their own college. 

CTEOS college liaisons should submit data requests directly to cteos@santarosa.edu.

College employees seeking CTEOS data for their own college should work with their college's primary CTEOS liaison.

If you are unsure who your college's primary liaison is, consult the CTEOS Primary Contacts List or contact cteos@santarosa.edu.

All other data requests For researchers, graduate students, consortia, grant-funded projects, and other organizations. 

Use the form below for data and information requests related to the Career and Technical Education Employment Outcomes Survey (CTEOS) that are not handled through a college's primary CTEOS liaison.

This may include requests from:

  • Researchers and graduate students
  • Centers of Excellence
  • Regional consortia
  • Multi-college projects
  • Grant-funded initiatives
  • Other organizations or projects seeking CTEOS data or information
